Welcome to Vedic Cosmetics. By accessing our website, purchasing our Ayurvedic wellness products, or registering as an Independent Direct Seller/Distributor, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Registration & Eligibility

- You must be a citizen of India and at least 18 years of age.
- Joining as a member is 100% free with no mandatory joining fee. Activation packages provide tangible Ayurvedic products corresponding to complete Business Volume (BV).
- Only one primary account is permitted per PAN number / Individual.

2. Independent Distributor Relationship

An Independent Distributor is an independent contractor and NOT an employee, agent, partner, or franchisee of Vedic Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. Distributors have no authority to bind the company to any contracts or financial obligations.

3. Business Volume (BV) & Payout Rules

- All bonuses are calculated based on verifiable product sales and Business Volume (BV) generated.
- Daily binary matching payout is subject to the daily capping limit corresponding to the distributor’s active package.
- Payout withdrawals are processed every Tuesday and Friday to verified KYC bank accounts.
- Statutory deductions: 5% TDS (for PAN card holders) and 5% Administrative charges apply to all withdrawals.

4. Code of Conduct & Ethical Marketing

Distributors must not make false medical claims, diagnose illnesses, or guarantee fixed income or investment returns. Vedic Cosmetics does not sell investments; it is a genuine, product-driven Ayurvedic wellness enterprise.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Vedic Cosmetics logo, product labels, trademarks, website design, text, and marketing media are protected by Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai & New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
